High-involvement learning is where the individual is very interested in learning the material.
Low-involvement learning is when an individual has little motivation to learn some material.
The Behaviorist approach focuses on changes in behavior that occur when a connection is drawn between two stimuli. (Also called conditioning.)
The Cognitivist approach focuses on the mental processes that determine the changes in memory and behavior.
